Rajiv Gandhi National Creche Scheme for The Children of Working Mothers.

Established in the year 1982.

The organisation is running creche in Hukkeri and Belgavi blocks with the support of the Women and Child Development Department and Central social welfare board, New Delhi. The organisation is running 10 creches and about 300 children are covered under this unit. Each crèche is equipped with one teacher and one helper. It is providing preschool education to children apart from education it conducts regular health check-ups and immunisation for school children. It also provides daily nutrition supplements to children.
