Located at Karguppi-Yallapur Village of Hukkeri Block of Belagavi District. It covers 250 villages having a population of more than two lakhs. It is empowering community people by the way of providing a simple and inexpensive tool for educating and creating awareness on various issues.
Beneficiaries 2019-20: Approx. two lakh people in 250 Villages.
