Established in the year 1991.

Aided by the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare Government of Karnataka serves the 25000 population of the Kanabargi area of Belagavi city. It is linked to Vantamuri PHC. It provides health and family welfare services like family planning, immunisation, and health check-up programmes in schools. It conducts awareness programs on health, nutrition, sanitation, counselling personal hygiene to adolescent girls, Geriatric care, Ante Natal outreach program, Anganwadi health check-ups, school health camps, Non-communicable disease detection camps, IEC programs on seasonal diseases like Malaria, Dengue, Chikungunya etc. Unit data management is done by dedicated software. Facility is inspected assessed by Taluka Health Officer and District Health officer.
