Flood Relief with the Support of Habitat for Humanity India & Standard Charted Bank

Established in the year 2019.

A Bike Rally “Mukti Challenge” organised by the Oasis India against the evil of Human Trafficking from Bengaluru to Mumbai reached Belagavi city on 30th October 2019. The Women’s Welfare Society, Belagavi jointly hosted the said program in Belagavi city.

20 riders from United Kingdom Bikers were lead by Mr Andy Mathewson of UK and Oasis team by Mr Daniel. Christ University, Bengaluru troupe ‘Drishti” performed street play. The street plays highlighted different aspects of human trafficking namely sexual Exploitation, bonded labour, child labour, child begging, organ harvesting and benefitted the school Children and PU students.

Beneficiaries 2019-20: 238 families.
